Ap khana na kha pae to jada se jada fruits khae n protein diet le..Chane ,daalein ,paneer,egg,milk etc..N docter ko consult kre kuch medicines se apko khane ka b mn krega

Hey dear have some lemon water or any juice... Try to change the taste.. Sometimes in pregnancy we may get bored of routine food.. Makes some changes.. Have sevaya upma, tomato omlet(without egg using besan), brown bread sandwich.. Sprouts salad or sprouts chat.. You will enjoy it n feel better too..
