My daughter will 12 soon and has started with her picky eating.... Though she does not fall sick often I keep wondering about the nutrition that she is getting - fact that she is a sports girl and also needs her energy levels up... so is just a glass of milk a day is enough with some nuts to go with? or something more?

At 12 and specially when she is a sports person a child's diet should be balanced..that's all..carbs..more of proteins..fruits and veggies for immunity..curd..less of junk food..water..all this is good.. quality foods like nuts etc are can give dates.. include berries in her diet..oats sometimes..
