Ambula rai: #ambula is dry mangoes slices
#panchphutan is a mixture of mustard, jeera, saunf,kalaonji,methi seeds .
Soak the ambula ( dry mango ) for two hours or more..
Add mustard oil in a kadhai and add panch phutan.
Now add little grated ginger and curry leaves .
Take curd around one cup for 4 ambula and add little besan and mix .
Now put the ambula besan and curd and let it cook.
Make a paste of white mustard and green chillies and coconut and put inside this and coo.. Put salt and sugar to taste .. add water if required .
Switch off . Again you can give a tadka of panch phutan and little urad Dal red chillies .
Add green chilies and grafted coconut to it ..
