You don’t have to be perfect- that’s not necessary!

A week gives you more than twenty one opportunities to offer your child nutrition and healthy eating, so be flexible and realize that you’ll sometimes overachieve, underachieve, and even hit the mark- and all will balance out in the end.

Most important, you will have the nutrition knowledge to feed your child and not go overwhelmed with fear and self doubt.
