Food Must Haves For C Sec Mommies

I am a c sec baby and am now a proud c sec mom. i dont let people judge me, shame me or feed me gyan!! I am revelling mommyhood and i barely feel anything less that i didnt have a vaginal birth.if stats are to go by, it is a rarity these days atleast in my geography.

Besides the scar and the scare around C sec, one aligned thing to keep in mind is that c sec moms have to inckide certain things in their diet once they back home. The list of what to avoid is popular, this is a list of wht to not avoid. Let us make this popular now.

1. Milk

2. Curd

3. Masoor dal

4. Kalonji roasted in a spoon of ghee

5. Low ghee laced panjiri

6. Soups with lots of veggies

7. Saboodana in milk

8. Lots of jeera and ajwain

Ya rite even m a c sec mother who started normally jus after 5days of delivery .. I used to walk n do all my chores which was a shock for everyone in my families.. I never felt tat I had an operation,; I always behaved normal other than stressing myself..; I used to do whatever I can without any over stress n eat as healthy as possible (my MIL is a blessing I got in this time after delivery so all was normal)
