How to make your midweek a little more pleasant ?~ Yes food can add a little more to your life ☺️☺️
Made vegetable chop / cutlet for breakfast today ☺️☺️
Recipe : Vegetable chop
Boil potatoes , beet root and carrots .. Pat them dry ..
Make a masala of onion ginger garlic paste , tej pata , gAram masala n saunf powder ..
Fry little bit and add the mashed potatoes and vegetables .. You can add capsicum n peas too ..
Saute all this for sometime ..n let it cool .. Add roasted peanuts to add some crunch .
Now make small balls any size U like and dip in a batter of wheat in water n roll over sooji or breadcrumbs .
Fry in kadhai till brownish .
If you want U can just grill with little olive oil too ..
