I never knew muscle cramps in the calf muscles could be so severe. I just recovered from a severe episode which came 4 to 5 times in the same muscle in pulses. I growled put of pain like a monster. Relispray massage and cold water spray have finally relieved it. Before pregnanacy also i ahd experience such calf muscle and thigh muscle cramps on my most hectic work days due to fatigue. But this was pulsatile cramping was different from that.

Do you get such cramps also? Or did u get them in your third trimester too?

How did you manage them?

AMRITA MALLIK; have heard that intake of less water leads to cramps especially during night times.. I'm having pain in right arm... For which I apply volini n sleep. Leg cramps not that persistent. My gynac advised to walk around...

Kritz yes, you r right dear. yesterday i had less water intake.

Yes I also suffer from leg cramps and worst nightmare was when I get them while delivery they were paining like hell even more then labour pain. So this time I asked doc to give supplements for it have just started them

Is it magnesium supplements? Mrs Chhoker

Just now called my doctor for this. He suggested tab ubinext lc 1 tab knce daily for 30 days.

It is vit d and calcifiricol, and yes it has magnesium in it too

Both nvm and ubinext lc are multivitamins.

Hey Amrita I am little confused can I take it with calcium tab post dinner or should I take is alone in day

Does ur calcium tab have any other composition i meam other than calcium? Like i am taking shelcal xt. It has calcium, folic acid, vit b12 and vit d3.

U can take calcium tab at night as usual and the nvm tab after lunch. Both tabs are having magnesium. Dividing the tabs will b better to maintain constant magnesium level through out the dag

Thank you 😘

Aditi Ahuja yes di u r right.
