Hi.. For a 4yr kid. What should be water intake in a single day.


As a thumb rule ur child shoukd drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day and eat veggies and fruits. seven water based fruits during summers and all seasonal fruits. Also, pay special attention to water consumption when physically active. before , during and after any activity,kid needs to drink plenty. goal is to drink a half to 2 cups every 15 to 20 mins while in activity.
