need to travel with 10 month son daily 2 hour drive. pls suggest do,s and don' he enjoy

Hi Vani. are u going to be driving or no?

I will be driving

Keep water & pacifier handy, use baby on board tag, limit the speed, make sure ur baby's tummy is full but not overfed. all the best

well it can be tedious driving long distance with a baby.. this is what I used to do:
#baby onboard sign on my car
#comfy car seat on which I used to tie a rattle wch my girl used to play with without d trouble of it falling down
#waterfor my baby
# used to drive at a comfortable speed
# used to put nursery rhymes on d car speaker n used to sing along so she felt sm activity happening around.
# kept d Diaper bag loaded

thank u disha n preet

Vani it is advisable u buy a car seat for ur child for sure. that's a must!

Does ur baby sleep immediately after a feed? If yes then try that trick just before u leave.

Carry a cloth or something to cover urself just in case u need to pull over and feed the baby in the car.

Hats off to u and enjoy this me time with ur baby. This is an exclusive time u shall get. remember do not loose patience and be as calm as possible. Driving long hours can make u irritable.

Wish u loads and loads of luck!!! :)

neha car seat I can get from car accesories shop or baby?

Hey Vani - There's an article by a mom saying 'Taking a road trip with an infant'. It will exactly answer your question.

Just type that headline in the search bar, and you will find it under the Article tab.
