Pregnancy comes with many challenges. .and it happens to all of us. Rather than crying for each such issue , we should face it with full heart and njoy motherhood....
So my tip to would -be- mommies is that be active and positive.
Pregnancy is beautiful.🤰🎀

Healthy eating and daily exercise. Drink more and more water. And in last month of pregnancy I start drinking 2-3 drops of badam rogan in my milk. All these did magic and my whole labour process is not more than 4 hours. Easy delivery. 👍

First of all consider pregnancy as a wellness and not illness. Enjoy your pregnancy! Stay positive and build connection with your baby which makes your pregnant days blessed.
Drink lot of water, eat homely food in regular intervals, have lots of vegetables and fruits.
Most importantly be active.
If possible stay away from negativity and advices.(what i failed to do)
