Well breakfast at our home is always a variety of cuisines. This is one my daughter's favorite and gets eaten up in a jiffy. I call it Eggs in a Cup, it's nothing but a omelette power packed with veggies and a bit of cheese.

How do you make it?

Sorry for the late reply. so basically you chop what ever veggies u like ones which dont need boiling and add them first into the ramekin beat egg and pour onto the top grate cheese and you can make it in a microwave.
