Breathing - Sit down on a mat with Ur back straight.Place one hand below Ur chest another in Ur lower abdomen.Take a deep breath in and let air out through Ur mouth.while taking breath in Ur abdomen should move out and while blowing air out Ur abdomen should move in.
Squats - stand with Ur feet wide apart take Ur knees back and then squat for about five times just halfway to the level of Ur knees
Kegels - imagine u r travelling in a bus there is no restroom around and u need to pass urine u will try to hold . similarly hold Ur uthera for few seconds and relax.one don't hold Ur breath while doing this second Don't do this while u r passing urine .at other times u can do
Pelvic tilting - sit on the chair with feet wide apart.place hands on Ur hip.without moving Ur abdomen legs or hands move Ur hips forward and backward.while u move forward Ur back will arch while u move backward Ur back will become straight
