Rashi is it ok to cut out carbs from our diets if we want to loose weight ?

Also I have a sweet tooth. what options can I incorporate to not deprive myself ?

Cutting the carbs completely is not a good option. The right way is to eat healthy but in right portions to reduce weight.
Reducing excess carbs is one of the solutions.

Whenever you get cravings for sweet you can opt for having a small piece of jaggery or 2 pieces of fresh dates you will feel better with the same.
