Hello madam.... My wife has 7 months of pregnancy, Please suggest her some good diets so that she have sufficient amount of milk for baby after delivery.
Her doctor also suggested her to weight gain because her weight is lower as compared to normal during pregnancy time according to doctor. Her current weight is 66.2 kg (29 weeks), but 21 days ago, it was 64 kg.
Before pregnancy her weight was 57 kg with height 4.11 inches.
Kindly explain about normal weight gain during 3rd trimmester. She is underweight or not??? If yes, then what she has to do... Is there any problem or any effect on milk production. Kindly suggest best diet to overcome all the problem..
