Priyanka Maheshwari@Momzjourne : Start with simply sitting still and observing your breath. Thats a starter. Just watch your breath as it goes in and comes out. You can use a lot of guided meditations available online on youtube. Bodyscan is another great meditation. Its from the Vipassana school of meditation. Our channel has quiet a few too that you may want to use.
