Found this picture from 2015 November Diwali time memories. I started wondering what has changed much.

Is it my features? Or is it me as a person?
No I didnt need a phone with a filter, yes I was happy with my feature, my colour, my skin. I loved my self back then.
Why did I stop loving myself? What happened to me. Why don't I feel I am pretty as I was. Then I look at Rohi. And I get all my answers.
I didnt stop loving myself, but I started loving her more than anything on earth. I became a mother, that is what happened. I am pretty in her eyes. I gave birth to a beautiful girl what else can be prettier than that for a mother. So what if pregnancy changed everything in my body, but how can I forget I got a best gift out of it. Rohi is the answer to all my questions. She is the blessing in my life, and whatelse can I ask for❤❤❤ I'am sure everybody goes through some changes in life, that they like or dislike.

“Brother sister relationship is like Tom & Jerry.They tease,irritate each other,knock each other down,but cannot live without each other” this quotes is so true. I always had wish to have two kids whether it’s two boy or two girls or one boy one girl. I believe that having siblings make them share the same childhood, the same parents, and the same home. Which will make them share many of the same memories, hopes, and dreams. Never feel being alone & have support system.

As siblings they will know everything about,the good and the bad, and will still continue to love each other. They will be supportive and try to help each other & be the best. I have observed krishiv who turned to be most responsible brother from stubborn & pampered child after Krishani was born. I even watch Krishani trying to copy her brother. They do fight but when it comes on brother sister come to support n same with brother for his sister. It is so pleasant to watch them playing,loving,fighting,caring & growing together.

 Bonding time is my break time. 👒From twinning with each other to copying the expressions. They do it all, while I watch them. So he makes sure that he has the colour that she is wearing and she makes sure she copies him. Well I am always excluded from their selfies🙈 No they dont like intruders🙈🙈. When its daddy daughter duo, they like it their way. 

So when daddy is home, she ensures that he feeds her. She ensures they play together and make me mad. She ensures she even argues with me for him. ❤So the weekends mostly its just them and I am invisible, or in the kitchen. 

I am only needed for cooking.
This bonding time ideally gives me a break, sometimes. Let's me be myself, catch on some web series, or go for a long shower. Have chocolates without being interrupted.🤪 ❤I wait eagerly for weekends not that I am on duty, cause we are on duty 24 by 7.🤣 But for me to get time for myself.

Everyone has a LIT Diwali with all the sweets and Diwali snacks, who doesn't like the homemade Farsan (snacks). As Diwali comes, I have been waiting for the farsan (snacks) and sweets from the neighbours. 

I had so many sweets for the last one week, now how to get back? it is a big question. I believe slow and steady wins the race. Don't go for a crash diet, smoothie diet, juice diet etc. 

Get back to the normal routine, have healthy food and light dinner. Give 30 mins to yourself for a workout, any workout be it walking skipping, gym, dance. Whatever you like.
Sharing recipe which you can try,

1 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight and boiled,

1 medium-size onion 

1 medium-size tomato

1 tbsp lemon Juice

Fruits of your choice like oranges, Pomegranate, Papaya, Apple

Salt and pepper

 

Mix everything in a big bowl and you can it for lunch or dinner.

Chickpeas can be replaced by sprouted moong dal, black Chana, Red rajma.
