Iske liye aap mosaam k anusar fruit green vegetables Salad Dairy products... Daal.. rajma. Chane.. inme protein mojud hota hai. Paani jayada se jayada piye.. agr aap se simple Paani nhi piya jata.. to aap pani Ko kisi bhi tarike se pi Sakti hai.. jese ki.. buttermilk (chaah), nimbu Pani, nariyal Pani, shikanji, sharbat etc. Vegetables soup bhi jarur piye.. Doctor ne jo aapko iron calcium vitamin tablet di hai... Unhe time par lena mat bhuliyga... Wo aapki aur Apke baby k liye bhut jaruri hai.... Sabse important baat.. Apne aas pas ka mahool khus rakhiye... Aur aap bhi happy happy rahe... Agr Aap tension legi.. to baby k health par effect pdega... Ghr ka bna khana hi khaye... But pregency me bahar ka khana khane ka man bhi krta h to.. aap ek din cheating kr Sakti hai.. month me ek baar bs... Make sure.. jo aap bahar ka khana kha rhi h.. wo clean and fresh ho... And be positive.. think <u>positive</u>

Water about 2-3 litres a day..other fluids like lemonede, buttermilk, milk, coconut water etc..fruits and veggies in good amount..folic acid rich foods in first trimester, calcium and iron rich food in second and also balance between all food groups.. hygeinic and healthy home cooked meals are best..nuts, saffron etc can take but in moderation..proteins in good amount and carbohydrates as per your daily requirements
