161 days. I made it 161 days of breastfeeding the girls.

It was definitely one of the most challenging but most rewarding times of my life.
It started to take its toll mentally on me. I finally had to make the difficult decision that I needed to take care of me.

I know they’ll be ok with only formula. I know they’ll be more than ok with only formula. I know I’m lucky to have been able to nurse them as long as I did and I am grateful for that.
All that being said... I’ve cried a lot of tears these last few days.🤍
