hello... Properly chew 1 tbsp of ajwain and swallow it with mouthful of water after each meal. Include banana in ur diet Include a cup of yogurt in ur lunch. Dry fruits help a lot. Take care of proper bowel symptoms everyday. Drink milk. 4 liters of lukewarm water in 24 hours. Small meals in every 2 hours.
