1.my lo is 2 months now. do i need to wake her up during d night to feed her or only demand feeding is enough now? she doesn't wakes up in d night now. i wake her up when my breasts start leaking in d night nd feed her.
2. whenever i feed her my another breast starts leaking heavily nd I've to hold it with a cloth. how u moms handle it? i dont get time to express it bcoz as she starts demanding for feed i just forget everything nd sit to feed her. nd then the spillage starts...how to manage? due to dis feeding bcoms very difficult for me I'm unable to hold her properly smtimes.

hi feeding is to be on demand only. please make some time to express milk since you are having leakage. each feed should be one breast at a time and alternate breasts with alternate feeds so you can express one breast and feed one that should help you manage better.

Hi! Give as per demand. i never woke up baby. Only when he asked i gave. For leaking, dont worry too much. With practice you shoukd be able to express. Later baby will also get un a routine. Use breastpads too

hey anon try and feed every 2 and half hours since baby is young. if her pee count is 6-7 a day and weight gain is okay, then she is fine. <br>
leaky breasts can only be managed either by expressing some milk or you can use breastpads (although if they are leaking too much I am not sure how helpful it maybe)
