In day time u can use cloth.  Like langot  or panties so that skin gets exposure to air.  Best to not use diaper for somedays. And try to not use diaper when baby is awake. Use when baby sleeps at night. 

Apply " Abzorb Powder". It vl give relief in a day. u can use coconut oil also. make sure to give some free time also to that area without diapers and naapies. so that it is exposed to air also. if posible u can make baby sit in morning sunlight also. this way it helps to keep that area dry.

use coconut oil..  before making the baby wear a diaper.  clean the portion properly evertym with wet wipes..
