27 weeks running and I decrease my weight 1 kg my 1st trimester i have 75 kg now I am 73 kg is it risky or normal

Dear weight should be managed in such a way that you gradually gain about 2 kgs every month..as your weight is 73 and was 75 earlier it is already in 70s range so no issues as such but loosing it means that your diet has may be gone down so please have lots of fluids.. lemonede.. buttermilk.. Coconut water..etc and also quality food as in nuts, milk products and normal Indian food is <u>ok</u>
