Hi Rajan nothing to worry it won't affect the child. Once the delivery is done baby's blood group will be tested if its positive group(99.9% it will be positive group) then your wife will be given Anti D injection with in 72 hours, this is for the next pregnancy child. If the Anti D is not given there are chances of Jaundice for the next baby. As of now you don't have to do anything, your gynecologist will guide. Im B negative and my husband positive.
