3.5 months gone... back to 56kgs ... feel so good... 😃; but how to reduce fluffy tummy ?? Its soft and fluffy... would exercise help ?

Hi <b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @637244142338f60015eadd5b </span></b> If you had a normal delivery then you can start with abdominal exercises. Start slow and depending on how you feel you can increase the intensity. Do lying down leg raises single and both legs, do bycicle crunches, side crunches, planks, surya namaskaras, boat pose, cobra pose, down ward dog, warrior pose 1 and 2, squats, arm circles, calf raises and standing toe touch. Do 3 sets of 10 each to begin with. Remember to warm up and cool down. If you had a c section it's better to wait a couple of more months before you begin exercising. Till then continue to walk for 30 mins twice a day. Hope this helps.
