36week pregnancy feeling pain in lower down (vagina) during sitting, standing and moving. What should I do?

Dear Megha,its pretty common as there is increased pressure on pelvis bone. You can do butterfly exercises to relax the pelvis bone,do kegels which will strengthen the muscles. Keep yourself hydrated and listen to your body,dont over exert. All the best!

Megha, dear drink ample water and stop stressing. Feeling this is usual unless your feel cramped constantly or the pain is limiting you. Due to the growing baby, the pressure on the vagina is growing thus, causing this. However, if things are unbearable and you feel limited in your free movement, consult a doc asap.
