38 weeks pregnant... How to induce Labour naturally all reports r normal due date is after 14 days.. Should. I wait for the due date or can I start inducing from now? Also pls specify exercise which can be done at home as brisk Walkin won't be possible due to heavy showers in my city.

please don't bother yourself with inducing labour. have patience and wait for nature to do it's work. anyway the castor oil or whatever doesn't really help much. from personal experience 😅 walk at home, do butterfly exercise and pelvic tilts to open up ur <u>pelvis</u>

wait till last week and yes <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 </b></span><span style="color:#3B5998;"><b></b></span><span style="color:#3B5998;"><b></b></span><span style="color:#3B5998;"><b></b></span> said the excercises...I did stretching, cat & camel, kegel, squatting (full, half, wide legs) and gym ball the best...I sat in labor room also on gym ball my nurse did gave me many excercises to get the baby move..... breathing techniques help a lot...

Hi there, I think there's no harm in waiting for few more days, after all your baby will be completing his/her full term which is a good thing, also kindly keep a watch on your fluid. I have heard breast massage helps in inducing labour. I can totally understand the last weeks are absolutely uncomfortable but pls relax and wait few more days. consultant your doc as well. tkcre.☺️ all the best.
