It's best you learn exercises from a certified therapist practically because just as every pregnancy is different so is recovery after delivery and I'ts a must you are examined before u start with a workout. A fitness expert will help you with the same. If not then healthy diet and walking can help for now.

For now, just focus on your diet and breastfeed. Also try babywearing and going for a walk once a day.
