5 aug is my preganancy date....its my fourth month ending..having leg pain and back pain ...legs are paining too much.kindly suggest something

As i am working with bank..i need to seat for a 8/9 hours for a day....at night while sleeping i m feeling like both legs are nit working..even sometimes not able to wake up fast.

Hey ishwari... For leg pain try soaking ur feet in warm water n add epsom salt to it... Aftr that massage ur back n leg wid this homemade massage oil... Sesame oil or mustard oil+ ajwain + methi seeds + garlic crushed.. Let it it heat for jus 2 mins.. Then whn d oil is lil warm.. Do maalish wid it.. Post maalish wrap it in a cloth.. . It helps me in pain &#9786;&#65039;<br> Additionally do not stand or sit for a long time..

Keep some foot rest while working. Keep a cushion for back support. Keeping legs in warm water at night will give soothing experience. And if the pain is severe please consult your gyanecologist.
