5 month formula fed baby is passing hard stool? is it safe to offer water at this age? Also suggest a good formula
No dear only breastfeed but if unable to breastfeed due to any reasons then choose a formula which has prebiotics in it

Do not offeer water until six months as breast milk has enough water content
