Tummy size does not make a difference as each mom carries differently. Do not compare. Fetal movements for a first time mom can be felt between week 18-24 and early movements are like flutters or bubbles. Moms who are working may miss them. Also most movements happen in the night when mom is asleep and they are so mild that she may actually miss them.
