5 Things to stop doing when you have lower back pain

If you are a women/mother then you will know about lower back pain and it sucks. I am passing through the same problem but a few days back I decided to do yoga practice and it's going well. I am improving day by day.
I had severe lower back pain but as soon as i started yoga it's bearable.

So let me share what I am doing to avoid my lower back pain.

1. Do not bend often.

2. If you can't avoid bending than bending your knees and then your back.

3. Sitting postures really matter in back pain so try to sit straight.

4. Do not lift heavy weight.

5. The most import thing is to do exercise.

P.s I don't have anyone to take my pictures for now so I will soon share posts with yoga postures for different aspects of fitness.
