5 ways to Enjoy Meals With Your Kids
1. Educate kids in fun way about good foods/ Bad foods. Can gamify this as per their age. This is the most essential step to sensitize them for good eating habits as adults.

2. For lunch and dinner - Fill half plate with veggies , quarter with pulses/ dal/ diary and quarter with cereal like roti, rice, bhakri, pasta etc.

3. Set reminders for them to drink water

4. Set limit in advance for chocolates- like only one per day and offer rewards in terms of points when they abide by it. ( Never use food as reward).

5. Keep a check on their bowel movement. If they its pianful or the are constipated- Must consider to add papaya or Green leafy Vegetables or Curds.
