Never take iron on empty stomach. Always take with a juice preferably citrus because vitamin c increases iron absorption. Have dates, greens and egg. If your doc has advised autrin twice a day please go ahead.

If your doctor advised to take twice then fine you can take

Now my doctor advice me (before 1 week) to take Autrin as my hb is very low.she said start with evening if suits then continue it in the morning too.

My question is ,,can i take autrin in empty stomach

 with milk??

I forgot to ask this with my doctor.
