Hi Rashmi the biggest myth is our food will affect our baby. Baby gets gas or colic pain because while breastfeeding or bottle feeding air goes inside which creates gas or colic pain. Unless and until baby has some allergy like milk allergy there is nothing to be worried. The secret of good milk supply is " Eating everything homemade ". Let your spice intake be less in the beginning. You can have regular food which is made at home, restaurant food ,junks etc has to be avoided initially. Include good amount of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, eggs, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products, vegetables, all the seasonal fruits ( Big yes to mangoes, baby might do yellow poop but it does not mean baby is in discomfort). You can check with any Paediatricians this is what they will say. If you are a non vegetarian then mutton soup, fish etc are good. BON APPETITE.
