Prefer green leafy vegetables, fruits, lean meat, beans, legumes, lentils, whole grains, and skimmed milk. Avoid flavoured yogurts, instead, go for healthy probiotics.

Avoid processed foods, packed meals, ready-to-eat meals, and sugary foods. Eat clean and maintain a balanced nutrition-rich meal.

Skin tone light ya dark hona natural hai .. aap bas baby ko healthy khana dijiye . Give more of milk, dahi, healthy fruits, soups, citrus fruits . All this will support yiye baby's overall and skin health. Protect her from sun . And don't worry . Let her feel good in her own skin
