That's diaper rash or heat rash. Suggest you to give diaper free time. <br> Keep the area dry. Don't use any oil.<br> Instead go for b4 nappi rash cream. Its very soothing for babies and effective too. <br> It is available in chemist shops. Also online at Babychakra.

Try baby nappy rash cream , it easily available on medical stores and i tried so its effective too

It may be diaper rash for which you can use b4 nappi rash cream..it's recommendations by paediatrician
