U can.. don't worry one or two days after is also fine..

My paed said not to go for earlier than scheduled date rather you can delay it by 7-10 days and it does not cause any problem

I agree with Ritu a day here and there doesn't matter . . All of baby's vaccines fell on the 26th which is his birth date so I would always give them a day after or before

@616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718  can i we give a 6th week vaccination a day before??. I mean my daughters 6th week vaccination is on 28th( tomorrow) but as its sunday ..my paed is not available sunday so we gave it today.... Now m tensed ,....
