The headache worsens within 15&#8197;min of resuming the upright position, disappears or improves within 30&#8197;min of resuming the recumbent position.. follow comfortable position, which is mostly in the supine position owing to the postural nature of the symptoms. Supporting treatment such as rehydration, simple analgesics, opioids and anti&#8208;emetics may control the symptoms.. generally it will resolve without any specific treatment.. ORS helps lot in this condition and foot end elevation..
