No issues same happened with me. Eat small meals after every one hour or two it will help u take fruits, shakes juices. Don’t worry abt weight until unless your baby weight is increasing as required. Enjoy this period n be relax. Eat whatever u feel like it can be rice, dosa, idli, dhokla anything light, n easy in digestion. If u can have chapati have it. Have bread, sandwich.

Hi dear that is a great answer weight gain is a very common issue in the initial months of pregnancy but dont be too bothered about it if all your reports are great ! Being nauseous does make it difficult to eat so himani has great advice cause its very normal but dont neglect food cause your baby does need that nutrition also stay hydrated if you feel like vomiting keep a piece of ginger in your mouth and have an amazing pregnancy ahead dear. Lots of love
