Yes dear you can talk to your doctor for tomorrow. But I guess they are taking 2 days time to give medicines for early lung maturation. Actually 3 doses of medicine is given at 12 hrs gap and it takes 2 days to be effective. So it may be the cause for the delay. You can talk to your doctor for tomorrow.

If your lmp date is correct then according to with babies having severe growth restriction as the growth is lagging 4 weeks so it is better to deliver the baby e early to avoid complications all the there is no mention of the patency of heartbeat so we will not be able to judge whether the heartbeat is falling and for that reason the doctor is saying to deliver early the amniotic fluid is reducing it is important that you go as per your doctor's advice because of growth restriction we will need to to deliver baby early
