hi. dont take stress. u will have smooth pregnancy if you avoid negative thoughts. be postive and avoid exertion. every thing will be fine.

That's ok anon.I could understand you.Since you have just started your journey of motherhood,it would be rollercoaster of emotions. you'll need some time to adapt.But eventually,you will realize that you have recieved the most beautiful blessing you could ask for.Be strong and have a positive attitude.You are there to protect your baby and its all safe in there.So just relax and enjoy this period.Whenever you've disturbing thoughts,do meditation and listen to chants it would definitely help.happy pregnancy!&#10084;&#9996;

It happens, Don't worry. Looks like you are reading stuffs like that often, try to avoid that. When I see miscarriage post in baby chakra I use to be depressed so now I have started avoiding such post. Keep your mind positive. Whenever I get those negative feelings I immediately say " I rebuke that " . All the best.

hi , is there something which is bothering you ? if yes you can share with us without hesitation. your child can sense everything a mother feela. so you are better judge what you want to vonvey to your child.&nbsp; cheer up be positive you are special make the child feel special. nothing will happen trust <u>GOD</u>
