Don't worry girl, I was in a similar boat. For some of us it starts late n then pick up quickly specially if ur periods were not regular n there was a delay. I did mine in 6yh week n there was no heartbeat n then I was told to wait for at least 3-4 more weeks to be sure. N wen I went for the next scan, viola saw the tiny baby inside me. Do have faith..

Did they do an internal scan or abdominal? Sometimes, abdominal scans cant detect heartbeat due to fat in tummy

Check for one more week and after that also if no heart beat then you will have to terminate the pregnancy.. all will be fine.. prayers for u

If there is no heart beat then they will terminate the pregnancy, Hope for the best. There are cases where cardiac activity is seen in 9 weeks.
