A campaign much closer to my heart #sharetheload by Ariel India is about men, boys, husband, boyfriends sharing the load of work which are "preconceived" as a women's job.

And it all starts at home. Starts from doing the laundry. A staggering 49% Indian men do not know how to operate a washing machine and 70% of Indian men do not help in daily chores or preconcieve at as a women's job.

There are plenty of women out there who leave their jobs and careers just because there is no one to share the load.

Today let's take a pledge to teach our boys to take household resposibility like its their job too. After all they are the future husbands, fathers, boy friends etc. .
