French toast for a healthy start for the day.

I took some brown bread slices and cut them in different shapes with the help of cookie cutters. Beat an egg in a bowl and add salt. Dip the bread in egg batter . Heat clarified butter or desi ghee in a pan. Shallow fry the breads in it. Cook from both sides.

Loved it when my kids asked for more.
