A healthy Substitute :Tricolor quinoa strawberry bars
Healthy crunchy breakfast/snack bars. Baby's and kids love it. No salt, sugar, refined flours, baking powder. Don't go for packed cookie, try this at home.
Cook 1/2 cup quinoa in 1.5 cups water. Quantity gets more after cooking so take 8 scoops. Add 1. Cooked quinoa to make 4 cookies
2. Banana 1 (any variety)
3. 1/2 cup shredded apple
4. Few any types of berries (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry) and mix well
5. For more sweetnees add dates
6. Wet the palm and make disc shape/different shape
7. Grease cookie tray with desi ghee/butter
8. Put it on the cookie sheet
9. Preheat the oven and keep 375 F and bake for 20-30 mins.
