Ingredients for Recipe 1:
1 Banana
½ Avocado
½ Mango
1 tsp honey
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Coconut water
Ingredients for Recipe 2:
1 Banana
1 Mango
1 cup milk
½ tsp Chia seeds
½ tsp Sunflower seeds
Blend all the ingredients well in a blender and enjoy!!!
