1. Boil the chicken with ginger-garlic paste and salt. Cool. Mince in a grinder. 2. Add 1 onion; finely chopped , chillies finely chopped. Mix well. 3. Soak the bread slices in water squeeze out excess water add it to the chicken ( Soaked bread is a binding agent here) . 4. Add 1 egg and tomato ketchup to the chicken. Mix mell. 5. Make patty. Coat with beaten egg and bread crumbs. 6. Put it in refrigerator for an hr. 7. Remove coat with egg again. Fry. 8. Cut buns into halves. Add ketchup, cheese , sliced cucumber, lettuce and sliced tomatoes. 9. Place patty . Fix the bun with a tooth pick if u can wait to eat or have it as quick as you can. P.S. : This is from last year ramzan iftar. That is how the patty should be not too thin not too thick.

For veg add potatoes 250 grams , corn , onions, 1 tbsp ketchup and shred paneer if u lyk rest goes same.
