A secret to More Fruit at Breakfast...
One easy way to add fruit to your child's diet is to serve them unsweetened breakfast cereal. Recently, researches randomly assigned children at New England's school camps to eat either a high sugar cereal or a low sugar cereal.
More than 50% of the children who ate Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, or regular Cheerios put sliced  strawberries,  bananas or mangoes on their cereal.
In contrast ,only 8% of the children who ate Froot Loops, Cocoa Pebbles, or Frosted Flakes added fruit to theirs.
Don't think your kids will eat unsweetened cereal?
When this happens, by setting  an intention to offer your children fruits and vegetables every time they eat, is a structured plan that will serve you well. Try it. I am there to support you always :)
