A Thoughtful Diwali
Guys, Am back after a mini break and I realize that we are bout to bump into Diwali. With a 4 month old around and Punjabi Blood, it is tough to not go overboard on Siddy's first Diwali. However, amid all the plans, I realized we parents and esp desi ones, spend a ton of fortunes on celebrations and gifting without understanding that these turn futile.
I ALREADY GOT A BAG OF CLOTHES THAT DONT FIT SIDDY ANYMORE.
So this #diwali I choose to #giftthoughtfully . For Siddy, we have set aside an investment plan of a miniscule level but yes choose not to get more clothes or toys at the moment.
