Aaj khaane mein kya bana hai ? I have often spoken about my lack of technical cooking skills but paapi pet ka sawaal hai so I have to whip some food up on my plate without much of an effort ! So here's some of my fav go to breakfast for days when I don't want to cook too much but I still crave some yummy in my tummy Recipe one:
🍲Scramble an egg
🍲Chop greens reds and violet ( coriander, capsicum, green chillies, tomatoes and onions )
🍲 Add the veggies to the egg but don't cook them . . Let them; retain their crunchy goodness
🍲Add some salt , pepper , and mixed herbs
🍲 Transfer it all on a slice of bread
🍲 Add cheese if you're feeling sinful
🍲Grill it in a Patty maker
Taddaaaaaa and it goes on your rumbling tummy!! Recipe two; The night before the big breakfast;
🍹 Add two table spoons of oats
🍹Two all purpose spoons of curd
🍹Some milk
🍹Add some jam if you want some sweetness
🍹Add whatever fruits that are in season . . strawberries, cherries, grapes, mangoes . .add whatever or everything . .go crazy
🍹Set it in the fridge and have it the next morning
